Approach

Is this esotericism or fortune-telling?

No. At ShenQi, BaZi is taught as an analytical system: you learn to see structures, interactions, and cycles, and then draw conclusions and make recommendations. Mysticism, fearmongering, and “fatal verdicts” have no place in this approach.

Do I need any prior knowledge?

Not necessarily. The course follows a clear sequence: first the foundations (language and logic), then analysis, then practice. If you have studied before, this structure will help you fill gaps and bring everything together into a coherent system.

How much time does the course require?
