Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services on the ShenQi — https://shenqi.space website, which is owned by Sole Proprietor Nadiia Kalinina (Odesa, Ukraine).
1.2. By using the website and placing an order, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these terms in full.
1.3. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the website and placing orders.

2. Subject Matter and Nature of the Services

2.1. The ShenQi website provides consulting, educational, and informational services online:
online courses, webinars, learning materials, video lessons, and individual consultations.
2.2. All services are provided electronically and remotely via the Internet.
No physical goods are delivered.
2.3. The services are available to users throughout Ukraine and in other countries with Internet access.

3. Ordering and Payment Procedure

3.1. To receive services, the User places an order on the website and pays for the selected product or service.
3.2. Payment can be made using Visa or MasterCard through the secure WayForPay payment service.
3.3. All payments are made in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) or another currency specified on the website.
3.4. After successful payment, the User receives payment confirmation and/or access to the purchased service by email.
3.5. When an individual consultation is purchased, the administrator contacts the client to agree on the date and time.
3.6. If a payment error occurs or a transaction cannot be completed, the User may contact support at [email protected].

4. Time Frames and Procedure for Providing Services

4.1. Access to online courses, materials, and learning platforms is provided automatically or manually within 24 hours after successful payment.
4.2. Individual consultations and analyses are conducted by prior arrangement between the client and the administrator.
4.3. If technical problems arise, the User may contact support to have access restored.

5. Refunds and Transaction Cancellations

5.1. Once access to a digital product or educational course has been provided, or a consultation has been conducted, refunds are generally not available because the service is deemed to have been provided.
5.2. If the User believes that the quality of a service does not match its description or that the website administration has made an error, the User has the right to send a request to [email protected].
5.3. All requests are considered individually with the aim of finding the best solution for both parties.
5.4. The User has the right to request cancellation of a transaction before access to the service is provided by sending written notice to [email protected].
5.5. If a technical error is confirmed, or if the service cannot be received through the fault of the website, the funds may be returned by the same payment method within 14 calendar days.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The User agrees to:

  • provide accurate information when placing an order and making payment;

  • not share access credentials for their personal account or learning materials with third parties;

  • use the knowledge obtained solely for personal purposes.
    6.2. The website administration has the right to:

  • change content, schedules, course programs, and terms of service without prior notice;

  • restrict the User’s access in the event of a breach of the rules or unethical conduct;

  • update these Terms in order to improve service quality.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The ShenQi website and its employees are not liable for the User’s interpretation of the information received or for the consequences of decisions made on the basis of that information.
7.2. All consultations, forecasts, and learning materials are informational and educational in nature.
7.3. The website administration does not guarantee specific results, as they depend on the User’s personal actions and circumstances.
7.4. The website is not liable for temporary outages, technical malfunctions, or unavailability caused by third parties or service providers.
