How do I access a course after payment?

After payment, the course is automatically linked to your account and becomes available in your personal account.

1️⃣ Where the course appears

After successful payment:

1. The course is linked to your account.

2. It appears in your personal account under «Learning» → «Courses».

3. A payment confirmation email is sent to the address you provided.

If the course releases lessons in stages, access may be granted gradually — in line with the course curriculum.

2️⃣ How to access the course

To start learning:

1. Go to the website.

2. Click «Sign In».

3. Sign in using the same email address you used for the purchase.

4. Open the «Courses» section in your personal account.

5. Select the course you need and start learning.

3️⃣ If access is not available

Because a purchase can only be made after signing in, the course is automatically linked to your account.

If you do not see the course:

• check that you are signed in to the correct account;

• make sure you are using the same email address you provided when making the purchase;

• refresh the page or sign out and back in;

• check the payment confirmation email.

If the problem persists — contact support and provide:

• the account email address,

• the course name,

• the payment date.
