Can I get a refund for a course?

Because ShenQi courses are digital educational products that provide indefinite access and make all materials available immediately after payment, the refund policy includes certain restrictions.
1️⃣ Refund conditions
A refund is available if:

no more than 7 calendar days have passed since the purchase;

a substantial portion of the course has not been completed;

the materials have not been actively used.
A «substantial portion of the course» means watching a significant number of lessons or downloading materials (usually more than 20–30% of the program).
Once the course has been actively used, refunds are not available.
Each request is reviewed individually.

A refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment.
Refunds are not available for requests submitted after this period.
Requests are reviewed within several business days of receipt.
