How does a consultation work?
ShenQi consultations take place online through your personal account.
After purchasing a consultation, you receive access to a chat with a consultant for a specified period.
1️⃣ Consultation format
The consultation takes place:

online through your personal account,
-
as a written conversation with the consultant,
-
with the option to attach files.
After payment, the consultation appears under
«Consultations» → «My Consultations».
When the consultation becomes active, a chat with the consultant opens.
In the chat, you can:

ask questions,
-
receive detailed answers,
-
send follow-up questions,
-
receive files and recommendations.
2️⃣ Active period and when it begins
Each consultation has an active period — the period during which the conversation with the consultant remains open.
Important:
The active period begins when the consultant sends their first reply in the chat.
This means:

the period does not begin automatically at the time of payment;
-
the countdown begins when the consultant starts working and sends the first message.
The active period is shown:
-
on the consultation page when you make the purchase (for example: «Consultation period: 3 days»);

in the order details;
-
in your personal account (for example: «Active until March 24»).
3️⃣ What you receive
Your consultation includes:

a personalized analysis of your request,
-
recommendations and explanations,
-
the opportunity to ask follow-up questions during the active period,
-
files and supplementary materials, if included in the consultation format.
The full conversation history and all files you receive are saved in your personal account.
4️⃣ What happens when the period ends
After the active period ends:

the message form closes,
-
you can no longer ask new questions,
-
the consultation status changes to «Completed».
However:
-
the full conversation is retained,
-
all attached files remain available,
-
you can view the history at any time.
At present, this data is not deleted automatically.
5️⃣ If you would like to continue
If the consultation period has ended, you can:
-
purchase a new consultation,
-
choose an extended format if more in-depth work is required.
Each consultation is a separate work cycle — it has a fixed interaction period.
The key point
You can see the consultation's active period in advance and know how long direct communication with the consultant will remain open.
The period begins with the consultant's first reply — ensuring that you receive the full consultation period stated in the offer.
