How to Use the ShenQi Time Subscription

Calculators August 3, 2026

“ShenQi Time”  is a personalized tool for working with the quality of time. It lets you review your day, explore a monthly calendar, compare dates and hours, select a date for a specific task, and create a Personalized Calendar as a PDF.

The recommendations help you take the circumstances of the moment into account, but they do not guarantee a result or replace preparation, common sense, or professional assistance where needed.

What's included in the subscription

  • Personalized Calendar  based on the selected profile's data.
  • Details for the selected day:  the overall rhythm, the day's characteristics, and hourly windows.
  • Practical mode  with clear guidance for everyday planning.
  • Expert mode  with additional professional terminology.
  • View the month as a grid or list.
  • “My Day”  for personalized daily guidance.
  • Date selection for a specific task  with a preview and full result.
  • Export the selected period as a PDF  to save and print your Personalized Calendar.
  • Solar time adjustment  for the selected location when this setting is enabled.

Credits are used to select a date for a task. You can view your available balance and transaction history in your  personal wallet. For a detailed explanation, see:  How ShenQi Credits Work.

Getting started

  1. Sign in to your ShenQi account.
  2. Open the  “Tools”  section and select  “Date Selection”  or use the direct link:  https://shenqi.space/calculators/date-selection.
  3. Add your personal details.
  4. Select a month and year.
  5. Click  “Calculate”.
  6. Once the calendar appears, open the day you're interested in, proceed to date selection for a task, or create a PDF.

How to add personal details

You can view the general calendar without personal details. Personalized analysis and PDF export require data for the selected profile.

  1. On the tool page, click  “Personalization”.
  2. If you are not signed in yet, sign in or create an account.
  3. Enter your  date of birth.
  4. Select  your gender.
  5. Enter your  time of birth, if known.
  6. If you enable the  “Solar Time at Birth”, enter your  place of birth.
  7. Save the details and return to the calendar.

Please note:  your place of birth is used to calculate solar time at birth. The event location for the calendar and PDF is specified separately.

How to calculate your Personalized Calendar

  1. In the  “Month”  field, select the desired month.
  2. In the  “Year”  field, select the desired year.
  3. Make sure the correct profile is selected in the  “Personalization”  section.
  4. Configure the calendar's solar time if necessary.
  5. Click  “Calculate”.
  6. Wait for the calendar to appear.

After the first calculation, the  “Calculate”  button may change to  “Update”. Use it if you change the month, year, profile, location, or other calculation settings.

How to configure solar time for the calendar

The  “Calendar Solar Time”  setting applies to the event location and affects the calendar calculation and details for the selected day.

  1. Click  “Calendar Solar Time”.
  2. Enable  “Use Solar Time”.
  3. In the  “City or Location”  field, find and select the event location.
  4. Click  “Save”.
  5. If necessary, click  “Update” to recalculate the calendar.

If calendar solar time is disabled, the calculation uses standard time.

How to use the calendar

Practical and Expert modes

Two display modes are available above the calendar:

  • “Practical”  is the main mode for everyday use. It helps you quickly see guidance and each day's characteristics without having to interpret professional terminology.
  • “Expert”  is a mode with additional parameters and terminology for students and practitioners.

If you are new to the tool, select  “Practical”.

Grid and list

  • “Grid”  shows the entire month and is ideal for quickly comparing dates.
  • “List”  shows the days in sequence and provides more space for information about each date.

Moving between months

Use the  “Previous”  and  “Next” buttons to move to the previous or next month. After changing the settings, click  “Update”.

How to open day details

  1. Find the desired date in the grid or list.
  2. Click the day card.
  3. Review the overall rhythm, the date's characteristics, and the available details.
  4. If the event is already scheduled, consider not only the day as a whole but also the more suitable hours and periods that require additional preparation.

Avoid viewing a day as simply “good” or “bad.” The same day may suit different tasks in different ways. If you need to choose a date for a specific event, use the  “Select for a Task” section.

How to use My Day

The  “My Day”  section helps you quickly understand the current day and choose a time for an important action.

  1. Open  “Today”  or  “My Day”.
  2. Check the selected profile and location.
  3. Read the day's overall description.
  4. Review the main signal and hourly windows.
  5. Schedule one truly important action during a more supportive window.
  6. Use preparation periods to gather information and clarify the circumstances. During lower-intensity periods, allow extra time and energy.

You do not need to do everything only during strong hours. Simply take the quality of time into account when planning your most important actions.

How to select a date for a specific task

The calendar  lets you explore the month and individual days on your own.  Select for a Task  compares dates for a specific intention and ranks the options, so you do not have to analyze the entire period manually.

  1. On the tool page, click  “Select for a Task”.
  2. Click  “Start Selection”.
  3. Choose a task from the available list.
  4. Read the scenario description and verify the calculation data.
  5. Specify the available parameters and search period.
  6. Generate the selection.
  7. Review the preview result.
  8. If you need the full result, check its cost and confirm that you want to unlock it.

Before a paid action, ShenQi shows how many credits are required. Your credit and deduction history is available in your  personal wallet.

The current list of tasks is displayed directly in the tool. It may change as the service evolves.

How to create a Personalized Calendar PDF

PDF export becomes available after the calendar is calculated. It is generated from a personalized calculation, so you must add profile data before exporting.

  1. Open  “Date Selection”.
  2. Add or select personal details.
  3. Select a month and year.
  4. Click  “Calculate”  and wait for the calendar to appear.
  5. In the upper-right area above the calendar, click  “Export” —the button with the downward arrow icon.

On phones and at some screen sizes, only the downward arrow icon may appear, without the word  “Export”. It is located next to the settings, help, and share-link buttons.

Selecting a period and location

Clicking it opens the  “PDF Calendar for Selected Dates”.

  1. In the  “Period”  field, click  “Select Period”.
  2. Enter the start and end dates.
  3. Make sure the period falls within the range available under your subscription.
  4. In the  “Event Location”  field, enter and select the city or location for which the calendar will be generated.
  5. Click  “Generate”.

If the period falls outside the available range or exceeds the limit, the site will prompt you to change the dates. If your subscription limits the number of exports, the limit will be shown in the generation window.

How to access the completed file

After you submit the request, the calendar may take some time to generate. Depending on its status, the site will indicate that the file is queued, being generated, or ready.

  • Click  “Open in Account” to go to the file and check its status.
  • When the PDF is ready, click  “Download”.
  • Save the file to your phone or computer.

How to print the PDF calendar

On a computer

  1. Open the downloaded PDF.
  2. Click the printer icon or use the keyboard shortcut  Ctrl + P  on Windows or  Command + P  on a Mac.
  3. Select a printer.
  4. Check the paper size, orientation, and scale.
  5. Click  “Print”.

On a phone

  1. Open the downloaded PDF.
  2. Click  “Share”  or open the file menu.
  3. Select  “Print” if your phone is connected to a printer.

If no printer is connected, you can send the saved PDF to a computer, forward it to someone else, or take it to a print shop.

How to interpret the recommendations

  • Support  does not mean a guaranteed result.
  • Reduce the load  does not mean giving up all activities.
  • Do not intensify  is not a prohibition. It is a recommendation not to make that theme the main focus of the period.
  • If an event cannot be rescheduled, use the recommendations to prepare more thoroughly, verify the circumstances, and reduce risks.
  • For an important task, consider not only the day's overall characteristics but also the specific area, hourly windows, and task-based selection result.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The tool works in browsers on both phones and computers. Some buttons may be positioned differently; for example, on a small screen, only an icon may appear instead of the word  “Export” .

Why does the calendar ask for personal details?

You can view the general calendar without them. Your date, time, and place of birth, gender, and profile settings enable the personalized calculation layer. Personal details are also required to generate a Personalized Calendar PDF.

How is place of birth different from event location?

Place of birth  is used to calculate solar time at birth.  Event location  is used for the calendar's solar time, the selected day, and PDF export.

How is the calendar different from task-based selection?

The calendar displays a month and lets you open and compare days yourself. Task-based selection analyzes the chosen period for a specific task and provides ranked results.

Should I do everything important only during strong hours?

No. Use more supportive windows primarily for your most important actions. Schedule everything else according to your real-world circumstances.

What if the date has already been set?

Open the day details, review the available hourly windows, prepare documents and arrangements in advance, allow extra time, and, if possible, choose a more suitable hour within the scheduled date.

Where can I view my credits?

Your balance and transaction history are available in your  personal wallet. To learn more about how credits are issued, how long they remain valid, and how they are deducted, see the article  “How ShenQi Credits Work”.

What if the PDF will not download?

First, click  “Open in Account”  and check whether generation is complete. If the file is ready but will not open or download, follow the guide  “The File Won't Open or Download”  or contact support.
