The video won't play
If a course video does not start or fails with an error, the cause is usually related to your browser or device settings. There are several things you can check — they are listed below.
1️⃣ Check your browser
We recommend using an up-to-date version of one of the following browsers:
-
Google Chrome
-
Safari
-
Mozilla Firefox
-
Microsoft Edge
If you are using an outdated browser version, update it and try again.
Also check whether:
-
JavaScript is enabled,
-
a browser extension is blocking the video, such as AdBlock, a VPN, or an antivirus extension.
2️⃣ Clear your browser cache
Sometimes saved temporary files cause the problem.
Try:
-
clearing your browser cache and cookies,
-
closing the tab and reopening the course,
-
signing out of your account and then signing back in.
3️⃣ Try another device or network
If the video still will not play:
-
try opening the course on another device, such as your phone instead of your computer;
-
switch to another network, such as mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
Sometimes local network settings or your internet service provider may block playback.
4️⃣ Contact support
If the problem persists, contact support and provide:
-
the course name,
-
the lesson name,
-
your device and browser,
-
the error message, if one is displayed.
This will help us identify the cause and resolve the issue more quickly.
Important
Most technical errors can be resolved by refreshing the page or switching browsers.
If you already have access to the course, the problem is generally related to your device's technical settings rather than your account.
